Proof load Testing
Proof load testing is the purposeful overloading of a piece of lifting equipment to ensure that it can perform to the requisite safe working load for which it is designed to bear in line with standards and manufacturer's advice by subjecting it to a full-strength test.

Any lifting installation must undergo a proof load test before it can be put into operation. It may also be necessary in other conditions, such as after a structural member weld repair, after a complete overhaul, or at particular periods stipulated by norms and regulations.
Test House is a full-service testing facility at Pasada Global. This is outfitted with a plethora of fixed and mobile testing devices. We can do strength, physical property, break, and prototype testing on all of our lifting and non-lifting equipment.
